Sam, thanks for giving us another opportunity to give some feedback re the survey questions.
I did not answer the ‘physician assisted suicide’ question because it was using those words that I don’t agree with when describing the personal choice of death with dignity.
I also did not answer some other Qs based on the wording of the Qs. A blank box for additional response for most of the Qs would be helpful.
