Highland Mountain Bike Park

Last week I launched the redesign of Highland Mountain Bike Park. This was a Wordpress MU installation with multiple top level domains. The site is integrated with their new offering highlandcamps.com. This was a fun project and Ryan Thibault over at Bohaus Designs came up with a really sharp new look for this premiere mountain biking destination on the East Coast.

Meg Gibson approached me with her own design that she wanted translated to the web. Her new website megibsonart.com showcases her beautiful scientific illustration, design, and photography. Meg is very talented and pleasant to work with. I recommend her for those looking for design particularly for those looking for hand drawn illustrations. This was a Wordpress installation alongside Gallery 2.

Vermont Fine Woodworking

This is a website that I created for my brother’s fine woodworking and cabinetry shop in West Glover, VT. It provides him a way to manage his photo Gallery through iPhoto. It is built using Wordpress and Gallery 2.3 with the WPG2 plugin to integrate the 2. We rebranded his business as Vermont Fine Woodworking. If you are looking to install a fine custom kitchen in Vermont, then Ed is definitely the man to call. The design was done by M.E. Gibson Art.

NEK Music Festival

I was the project manager and programmer for the redesign of the Northeast Kingdom Music Festival website. It uses Wordpress for a Content Management System integrated with Gallery 2 (photo management) using the WPG2 plugin. It has many of the bells and whistles of the Web 2.0 environment including integration with Myspace, Twitter, Youtube and Facebook. It also makes use of a Facebook application that allows people coming to the festival to arrange carpooling.

Sea Glass Jewelry Designs

Damn Fine Pants

Ava Bishop is a class act and an excellent seamstress. Her creations of “Damn Fine Pants” and collection of bridal couture give the wearer of any of her garments the feeling of royalty. Tailored clothes are clothes that fit properly and therefore never go out of fashion. Ava manages her portfolio using Gallery2.

Old School Builders is a timber framing company located in Northeast Vermont. This is a Gallery of their custom built homes and Wood, Stone and Steelwork. I was responsible for the HTML/CSS Integration of this design. In the early days I also worked as a CAD designer for Old School Builders and designed some of their early projects.
